LEVRTEK / DOCUMENTS
Service terms
These master terms govern LEVRTEK websites, free tools, applications and services. The schedule for the product you use forms part of these terms and adds product-specific rules without reducing these protections.

Business identity
LEVRTEK is a registered Australian business name, ABN 62 127 504 482. Privacy enquiries may be sent to privacy@levrtek.com. The registered-holder wording and formal legal-notice address for paid services and public accounts must be confirmed before those services launch.
Agreement and product schedules
You accept these terms by creating an account, accepting them at checkout, signing an order or using a service that clearly presents them. If you act for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it. The applicable LEVRTEK 1D, LEVRTEK 2D, LEVRTEK 3D, welding or PartPack schedule also applies. An executed order or negotiated agreement prevails to the extent of an inconsistency.
Services and eligibility
LEVRTEK provides engineering workflow, analysis, planning, estimation, costing, document and collaboration software. Features may include local browser tools, hosted applications, accounts, workspaces, file processing, reports, integrations, AI-assisted functions, subscriptions and supplier delivery. You must be at least 18, legally capable of agreeing, and authorised to use all information and files you submit.
Your responsibilities
You control your source records, users, permissions, files, inputs, assumptions, revisions, recipients and decisions. You must independently check dimensions, units, scale, materials, grades, tolerances, quantities, geometry, process and machine constraints, allowances, costs, taxes, prices, quotes, reports, exports, safety and regulatory requirements before use or release. Maintain suitable backups, approvals, inspections and quality controls.
Decision support; no professional approval
LEVRTEK outputs are decision-support information. LEVRTEK does not act as your engineer, welding engineer, safety professional, accountant, lawyer, certifier, inspector or machine operator. No analysis, optimisation, nest, estimate, costing, report, quote aid, recommendation or generated document is an approval to manufacture, purchase, quote, cut, weld, machine, release or deliver anything.
As is; no voluntary warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, every LEVRTEK website, application, service, integration, preview, document and output is provided “as is” and “as available”. LEVRTEK gives no voluntary warranty, representation, condition or guarantee—express, implied or statutory—about accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, availability, compatibility, error-free operation or any manufacturing or commercial result.
Australian consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. The “as is” and no-warranty provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law. Where law permits a remedy for a non-excludable service guarantee to be limited, LEVRTEK may limit it to supplying the service again or paying the reasonable cost of doing so.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep credentials secure, use named accounts only, and promptly remove access that is no longer authorised. Do not break the law, infringe rights, upload malicious material, evade limits, probe or bypass security, interfere with service operation, access another customer’s data, misrepresent identity, send spam or reverse engineer except where law gives a non-excludable right. Do not submit classified, export-controlled or specially regulated material unless LEVRTEK has agreed in writing that the selected service is suitable.
Your data and intellectual property
You retain ownership of files and content you submit. You grant LEVRTEK and its contracted providers the limited rights needed to host, copy, analyse, transform, transmit, secure and support that content according to your instructions and the applicable product schedule. You confirm you have all required rights and permissions. LEVRTEK and its licensors own the software, documentation, branding and related intellectual property.
Subscriptions, payments and taxes
The plan, order or checkout states the price, currency, billing period, usage, taxes and included support. Paddle is LEVRTEK’s portfolio default merchant of record for enabled self-service subscriptions. A product may use Stripe or another disclosed payment provider only where the applicable checkout, schedule or order identifies it. The payment provider’s buyer terms and privacy notice also apply to its processing. Refunds and remedies are provided where required by law or expressly promised in an order.
Availability, changes and third parties
LEVRTEK may maintain, improve, replace, suspend or withdraw features. Any uptime, support, recovery or warranty commitment applies only when expressly stated in an order. Third-party integrations are also governed by their provider’s terms. LEVRTEK remains responsible for its own obligations when it appoints a provider, but is not responsible for an independently selected third-party service outside its control.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEVRTEK is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or lost profit, revenue, production, materials, data, opportunity, savings or goodwill. Unless an applicable order states otherwise, aggregate liability for a paid service is limited to fees paid or payable for that service in the 12 months before the event; for a free service it is limited to AUD 100. These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Suspension, termination and data return
LEVRTEK may suspend access where reasonably needed to contain a security threat, prevent unlawful use or protect customers. Paid termination and data-return rights are stated in the applicable order and schedule. Termination does not remove accrued payment obligations, rights that by nature survive, or records that law requires LEVRTEK to retain.
Changes, governing law and contact
LEVRTEK may update these terms prospectively and will identify material changes by the effective date or provide additional notice where required. Negotiated terms change only by agreement. Unless an order or mandatory law says otherwise, Queensland law governs and the parties submit to Queensland courts. Questions or legal notices may be sent to legal@levrtek.com.
