LEVRTEK supplier portal Terms

Product scope

The supplier portal lets authorised supplier representatives maintain company and location details, publish catalogue editions and commercial information, manage referral links, review privacy-protected aggregate insights, and administer their supplier team. Access is invitation-only and does not provide access to a LEVRTEK customer workspace.

Identity and authority

The portal uses the production LEVRTEK Supabase identity service for password authentication. Supplier enrolment, roles, sessions and authority are separately enforced by LEVRTEK production records. Having a LEVRTEK identity or a LEVRTEK 1D account does not by itself grant supplier access.

Information and providers

The portal may handle account identity, supplier company and branch details, business contacts, catalogue items and editions, prices and availability, referral-link activity, team roles, terms acceptance, security events and privacy-protected aggregate usage counts. Cloudflare provides delivery, security, Workers and D1 storage; Supabase provides authentication; and Sentry receives scrubbed operational errors. Aggregate insights do not identify connected customer users or workspaces.

Retention and account control

Supplier operational records remain while needed to provide and evidence the service, maintain catalogue and audit history, resolve disputes, secure accounts or comply with law. Sessions and invitations expire or may be revoked. An authorised supplier owner may request account or supplier-data changes through LEVRTEK support, subject to identity, authority and retention requirements. Protected recovery copies age out under the applicable backup schedule.

Supplier responsibility

Suppliers must keep company details, contacts, catalogue identity, dimensions, materials, grades, lengths, prices, taxes, availability, lead times and commercial instructions accurate and current. Portal publication is not a binding quote, purchase order, stock guarantee or endorsement by LEVRTEK. Suppliers remain responsible for their offers, customer communications and legal obligations.

Acceptance

Invitation acceptance presents the master service terms, master privacy policy and this schedule, and records the accepted terms version and time. Material changes apply prospectively with any additional notice required by the master terms or law.

Master terms and privacy

This product schedule forms part of the LEVRTEK master service terms. Read them together. Product-specific rules add to the master terms without reducing their protections. Any applicable negotiated order and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded continue to apply.
