PartPack schedule
This schedule governs PartPack marketing and the engineering-package collaboration service, alongside any PartPack order, security schedule or data-processing agreement.

Product scope and customer control
PartPack helps organisations collect, validate, review, approve and deliver engineering packages. Customers control workspace users, source records, package content, recipients, verification settings and approvals, and remain responsible for final suitability for manufacture. Revocation prevents future access but cannot recall a file already downloaded.
Data and providers
PartPack may handle accounts, organisations, engineering files, package metadata, decisions, approvals, supplier recipients, delivery and access evidence, billing, support and audit data. Website providers and production workspace providers are disclosed separately. The applicable order or security schedule identifies verified production hosting regions, subprocessors, retention and service commitments; conditional architecture is not represented as active processing.
Retention and contractual controls
Customer workspace data remains for the subscription term and follows the deletion and export periods in the applicable order and published PartPack policy. Encrypted backups age out rather than being immediately erased. Negotiated security, support, retention and liability commitments prevail where expressly stated in the order.
