LEVRTEK 2D schedule
This schedule governs the complete LEVRTEK 2D product family—not only the DXF analyser—including marketing, browser analysis, manufacturing estimation, accounts, workspaces, quoting, reports, subscriptions and connected services when enabled.

Product scope
LEVRTEK 2D may receive or create DXF and related manufacturing data, inspect geometry, identify issues, calculate dimensions and cut metrics, apply material and process assumptions, estimate time and cost, prepare quotes and reports, retain workspace history, and support review or delivery workflows. The interface identifies whether a file is processed only in the browser or uploaded for a hosted feature.
Information handled
The full product may handle account and organisation details; permissions; DXF files and filenames; layers, entities, geometry, units, scale, dimensions and derived metrics; materials, thicknesses, machines, processes and costing assumptions; customer, supplier, RFQ and quote records; reports, exports, approvals, revisions and audit history; billing and entitlement records; communications; consent choices; and technical and security events. Browser-local analysis does not upload drawing content merely because the hosted product exists.
Provider roles
Cloudflare governs delivery, TLS, WAF, Access, Workers, D1, private R2 file storage, request security and rate limiting where those capabilities are enabled. Supabase may support private acquisition analytics and later shared identity or organisation data only after its release gate. PostHog may receive consented allow-listed product events that exclude drawing and commercial content. Sentry may receive scrubbed errors without DXF data, form bodies, cookies, auth headers, URL queries or replay. Resend may deliver account, quote or service email; Zoho Mail supports human correspondence. Paddle is the default merchant of record for enabled self-service subscriptions. Stripe may process a payment only where the specific 2D checkout or order identifies Stripe. An AI provider, including OpenAI, may process a separately disclosed optional function only after the required notice and control.
File processing and retention
A browser-local analyser keeps the selected DXF, filename, geometry, dimensions and report content on the device for the active session unless the user deliberately saves or hands off the result. Hosted estimator, account, collaboration, quote or reporting functions may upload and retain the information needed to provide that function. Before any hosted file workflow becomes public, its interface and this schedule must state the verified active-storage period, deletion path, backup expiry, hosting region and authorised-recipient rules. Until that evidence exists, the workflow remains release-blocked.
Analytics, monitoring and communications
Optional product analytics is off until valid consent is obtained where required and never includes DXF content, filenames, geometry, dimensions, materials, customer or supplier identities, prices, quote contents or form answers. Operational error monitoring is separately scrubbed. Waitlist or marketing email requires its own consent and unsubscribe facility; necessary account, billing, quote-delivery and security messages remain separate.
Engineering and quote responsibility
Users must verify the authoritative drawing and revision, supported entities, units, scale, contour closure, duplicates, dimensions, material, thickness, nesting and process assumptions, machine constraints, tolerances, time, rates, margins, taxes, customer details, quote validity, attachments and every output before quotation or manufacture. LEVRTEK 2D is not a CAD authority, engineering approval, machine instruction, binding supplier price or safety system.
Accounts, billing and acceptance
Before public account creation or payment, LEVRTEK 2D must present the master terms, master privacy policy and this schedule, record the accepted terms version and time, identify the payment provider, and provide local privacy controls. Deploying planned account, Supabase, Paddle, Stripe, email, AI or file-storage code does not itself make that provider or feature active.
