LEVRTEK 1D schedule
This schedule governs the complete LEVRTEK 1D product, including anonymous planning, accounts, workspaces, stock, optimisation, workshop workflows, billing, integrations and optional assisted features.

Product scope
LEVRTEK 1D helps users plan and manage linear stock, cutting jobs, inventory, costs, purchasing, execution and reports. Anonymous local planning may store drafts and recovery state in the browser. Account and workspace features may store authorised records in LEVRTEK infrastructure.
Data and providers
Depending on enabled features, Cloudflare provides delivery, Workers, D1, security and rate limiting; PostHog receives consented allow-listed product events; Sentry receives scrubbed errors; Resend delivers application email; Paddle handles enabled self-service billing; and OpenAI processes an optional remote voice request only after its separate notice and agreement. Supabase may support future shared identity only after that release is approved and disclosed.
Retention and choices
Anonymous drafts remain on the device until cleared. Workspace jobs and stock remain until authorised deletion or workspace closure. Original governed import artifacts and terminal webhook payloads expire within 90 days; diagnostic previews within one hour; consented telemetry is configured for 90-day provider retention; and security, consent and action audit evidence may be retained for up to 24 months. Backup copies age out under the protected recovery schedule.
Output responsibility
Users must verify stock identity, dimensions, quantities, kerf, allowances, machine and handling constraints, costs, supplier evidence, plan feasibility, labels, reports and workshop instructions. Optimisation does not prove that stock exists, a machine can safely execute a cut, or the selected result is suitable for production.
